Watch the dolphins and manatees in their natural habitat during the day, and watch the cruise ships go by at sunset. Located in a private gated waterfront community steps away from a marina and restaurant complex.

This home offers the highest quality furnishings and linens. Brand new flat screen TVs in every room. A magnificent interior with soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops throughout. The Master Suite balcony overlooks Tampa Bay, as well as a bay facing first floor bedroom with direct access to the pool/lanai and spa. Relax at the Infinity Pool and spa overlooking Tampa Bay. Enjoy the deep water dock on property for boating, jet skiing or fishing. A several minute Jet ski or boat ride from your dock will bring you to an island in the middle of Tampa Bay, and join other boaters for a day of sun bathing and picnicking. Return back to the home in the evening to enjoy sunsets on the lanai.
