At no time is there sharing of the space with anyone else, it is totally private with it's own entrance. there is a lovely garden also with a view of the Hudson Harbor with New York City, the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge. There is street parking that is always, every day free.

We welcome you and hope you will stay at this wonderful and very special home located with a view of Manhattan, on the Northern tip of the borough of Staten Island. You will also enjoy: New LED Flat Screen TV, (2) 6,000 BTU A/C, all new appliances, coffee maker for 6 cups, all brand new mattresses and linens, plentiful matching fluffy towels, iron and board, toaster oven, Sony stereo radio, and many more touches and amenities with a laundry matt conveniently located within several blocks, The house is only about 40 minutes from LaGuardia and JFK International Airport and 30 minutes form Newark Airport with public transportation by bus and then subways to and from the airports and local city buses that stop right in front of the house.

The Staten Island Ferry, which is a FREE 30 minute ride to Lower New York City and runs all night, 24/7 is only a four block walk or short bus ride from the house. There is FREE all day/night parking in front of the house! In Lower NYC there are sightseeing buses, city buses and subways to anywhere in all of the five boroughs. There is also the connection to the Statue of Liberty ferry very near to where the Staten Island ferry docks. It is just a quick ride uptown to Grand Central and you can catch the Metro North along the Hudson River Line. Stop and visit quaint Victorian towns, do some antiquing, leaf peeking and explore the village where Hello Dolly was filmed.
