  • Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 30 days before check-in I will return your deposit. If you cancel between 30 days and 15 days until check-in I will return 1/2 of the rental and the cleaning fee. If you cancel 14 days or less from check-in, I will hold all monies until your check-in date and will attempt to re-rent the unit. I will return to you only the rental from those days that are re-rented and your cleaning fee.

Looking for more room: I also have a 1 bedroom villa next door. Lots more space and a full kitchen for slightly more per night. See the 1 bedroom at Homeaway #212081. Need a 2 bedroom? Hook the studio and 1 bedroom together for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with separate entrances. Check with the owner for availability (808) 214-3886.
