Security Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $300 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This shall also serve as the damage deposit. Deposit can be paid by credit card via Pay Pal or personal check. Deposit is refundable within 10 days of vacating property assuming that there is no damage. Deposit is non-refundable if reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to the start date of your stay.

Transportation If you choose, we can provide transportation services from Tocumen International Airport (PTY) to our condominium. A trusted individual will meet you at the airport upon your arrival and take you directly to the unit. The cost for this service is $35.

Other Services We have established a network of individuals in Panama that can assist you with a variety of services. They include the following: Real Estate, Transportation, Tours, Legal, & Concierge.

Golf Information: Golf courses Within Panama City are limited. However, we can assist you in reserving a tee time at the exclusive Panama Country Club and Resort, as we are friendly with the manager.
