A quick note to help you distinguish our vacation home from others in Hermosa Beach. Our vacation home is only 1 house from the sand, with excellent sand and whitewater views from the living room. (One client thanked us for his ability to watch his young children play in the sand from the comfort of our unit's living room.)The property sits on a wide walkstreet. Most condos in Hermosa have a cramped feeling, due to high property values and extensive development. This is one of the few properties in the area that has a tremendous sense of space and GREENERY in all directions. This alone will make a big difference in your vacation. This property is in North Hermosa, which is a more residential and safe area. South Hermosa in comparison has lower property values, many more apartment buildings and less single family homes-- is noisier, with a more mixed demography. This property is perfectly located between the Manhattan and Hermosa Beach Piers.
