With Marina & mountain views from dining, living room, kitchen & covered lanai enjoy watching the boats and paddlers cruise by or take one of our kayaks for an excursion of your own with easy access to the ocean. Enjoy our professional tropical landscaped fenced in yard with soothing pebble stone walkway from the carport to the front door and Lanai. Inside enjoy wonderful marble tile flooring thru out. There is a built in planter separating the kitchen form the living room with kitchen breakfast nook. Our Boat dock is just a few steps from lanai and a great place for the kids to fish, feed the ducks, to sunbathe or launch the kayak from.
