Our Rental Agreement MT HOOD HIDEAWAYS -- RENTAL AGREEMENT Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season) before date of arrival with full refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged. There is no cancellation within 60 days (120 days for Christmas Season) of date of arrival and no monies will be refunded unless we are able to book the days with another guest. A $200 deposit will be required to hold reservations made more than 60 days before arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. -- check-out is at 11:00 a.m. There is no refund due to inclement weather conditions, lack of snow, too much snow, or other weather-related conditions. For short periods of time, weather may cause an interruption in electrical service. There is no refund for weather-related interruption of electrical service. Pets are not allowed at the cabin. If a guest brings a pet to the cabin it will result in immediate eviction without refund. There is no smoking in the cabin. We do not provide firewood.
