Golf/Tennis 18 hole executive course at the resort. 12 tennis courts available. Renter may use these facilities (for a fee) as the owner of the unit is a member of the Ocean Club. There are many semi private and municipal courses in the area including a PGA facility in St. Lucie West.

Restaurants This is a Marriott facility. There is a all suite hotel on the beach that has a pool and hot tub. There is a Tiki bar on site that serves food and drink. The main hotel is near the Marina. There is a pool and hot tub at the main hotel along with a pool side restaurant. The main dining room serves delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Condo location The condo has 1 inside parking space, a pool with gazebo, gas grill and is located on the ocean. There is a dune crossing to the beach (not easily accessible for the handicapped). The dune crossing has seats to enjoy the view of the ocean and beach.
