Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates based on double occupancy. Additional charge per person per night $25 low $30 high season.
    Additional nights, if available, $150/night low season $175/night high season.
    A 25% deposit is required for booking the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
    Alterations to confirmed reservation are permitted subject to availability.
    Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% retention of deposit, less than 30 days will forfeit 25% deposit.
