Princeville condo Rental Property Information

Come and enjoy the aloha spirit in this beautiful, newly remodeled Emmalani Court 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level condo. New travertine floors, carpets, cherry cabinets etc. Enjoy the spectacular golf and ocean views. Watch the golfers play hole eight of the Robert Trent Jr. designed ocean Makai Course. Walk 50 yards to the bluff and watch a famous 'Bali Hai' sunset. Step outside the complex and take a walk or jog along the 3 mile paved Princeville path. A 15 minute walk takes you to the Princeville Hotel, beach and restaurants as well as the famous Hideaways beach. Hideaways is rated as one of the best snorkeling spots on Kauai! This complex has a nicely landscaped tropical pool and Jacuzzi, gas BBQ, clubhouse room and bathroom. The condo is situated in the back of the complex (no road noise) and is very quiet. You can hear birds, distant waves and an occasional chicken. Nine foot ceilings and windows allow lots of light and cool trade winds.

Princeville resort is located on the North shore of Kauai. There are spectacular mountains, waterfalls and many diverse beaches nearby. The surrounding area is very lush, green and scented by tropical flowers. Hanalei town is very quaint with unique shops and restaurants. Kayaks can be rented on the Hanalei River and bay. Surfing and boogie boarding is another popular pastime on the bay. Princeville has the number 1 and 7th rated golf courses in Hawaii as well as a wonderful spa and fitness center.

For those extra steamy days enjoy watching a movie on the new 47-inch TV in the air conditioned living area, or relax and listen to our collection of Hawaiian music on CD. We also provide high speed wireless internet service. The master bedroom has a king bed, 30-inch TV and a Jacuzzi® tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and a twin bed with a 19-inch TV. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room (the condo sleeps 4-6). Only two of you? This unit can be locked off to rent as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom as well. Please ask for the discounted 1 bedroom rates.
