Highlands Reserve villa Rental Property Information

Highlands Reserve is an exclusive estate, which is well known for being on one of the most prestigious residential and golfing communities in Orlando. The estate adjoins a protected conservation area and is set in undulating countryside surrounded by orange groves whilst being located on the Highlands Reserve Golf Course. Golfing is available at a reasonable daily rate. Our villa is situated on Highway 27 less than 15 minutes to Walt Disney World and 35 minutes drive to Universal Studios. The beautiful Gulf coast beaches are just over one hours drive away and the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast is 40 minutes drive away. The Berry Town Centre, within walking distance of the villa has a variety of food outlets, including an Applebee Bar and Grill and a Publix Supermarket. On site the Regal Palms Resort Clubhouse offers guests to our villa facilities including a bar, restaurant, pool with slides and a lazy river, spa, games room and Internet access (rates apply).

Our villa is situated on a prestigious residential estate and the golfing on the Highlands Reserve golf course is one of the reasons why many people choose to stay here. The estate is very quiet and relaxing after a busy day at one of the Theme Parks. The Berry Town Centre, which is in walking distance of the villa has a variety of shops as well as a fully equipped Publix supermarket. Just two miles away along the US27 you will find a brand new Walmart's super centre. Along the US192 there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets for all your requirements.

The Villa Upon arriving at our villa, you will collect your keys at the check-in facility at the Regal Palms Resort. The front desk is maintained 24hrs a day. Additional items can be also rented here such as cribs, strollers and highchairs etc. You will also find here an ATM machine and Information Desk (tickets for all the Theme Parks and other attractions can be purchased here) Please note: Regal Palms Resort have recently introduced a resort fee for the use of all the facilities. This resort fee is payable at the time of your check in and is $10 per day, per villa. As the Clubhouse and its facilites are first-class we believe that this additional cost to your vacation is nominal.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom 'spring tree design' villa is stylish, modern and comfortable with an open plan living and dining area making it the perfect place for a relaxed environment for family meals and entertainment. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and pool area. The lanai has lighting and a ceiling fan and provides welcome shade when the Florida sun shines, allowing you to still enjoy the pool area, both during the day and at night. The dining area is situated next to the kitchen area and has views across the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has modern white appliances and includes a full cooker, microwave, dish-washer, and a full sized American fridge. All crockery, table-wear and linens are provided. There is also a separate utility room with washing and drying facilities, which is available during your stay at no extra cost.

The master bedroom, with an en suite bathroom is situated at the back of the villa and is large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with high quality wood furnishings. This bedroom boasts views out across the pool area. A second bedroom at the front of the villa has a double bed and walk-in closet. This bedroom enjoys views over the gardens at the front of the villa. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom and so whilst allowing for the other guests to use this bathroom it is ideally situated next to the second bedroom allowing for an 'en suite' feel. There are a further two bedrooms, situated to the sides of the villa each with two single beds in them. These bedrooms are again light, airy and comfortable and furnished to a high standard and all have a TV in them.

Golf Information: Golfing on the world-renowned golf course is available at excellent daily rates. These rates are available in an information leaflet in the villa or by calling into the golf house at the golf course.
