The road on which the property sits is a one-way, local traffic, kid friendly road. There are three deep-water marinas with in walking distance. Sylvan beach is the Jewel of the intercostal waterway joining the New York Harbor to the St. Lawrence River. Sylvan Beach is on the East side of Oneida Lake and enjoys the most spectacular sunsets and wide open skies. There are plenty of things to do in this resort town including casinos, fishing, golfing, fine dining, and great night life. Sylvan Beach supports tourism with activities throughout every week of the summer. Amusement parks, canal fest, weekly car shows and concerts - Sylvan Beach has it all.
