Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, this charming 1100 square foot escape is fully furnished with everything you'll need; just bring your shorts and sandals. The 2-car garage also has a washer and dryer. A very private, enclosed patio has outdoor furniture and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying an evening dinner outside. The 85-unit complex has 2 pools with hot tubs and a nicely-equipped exercise room attached to the spacious clubhouse. The award-winning common areas are beautifully landscaped and secure and are perfect for an early morning or late evening stroll. Nearby attractions include the Arizona/Sonora Desert Museum, hiking in the Catalina Mountains, spring-training baseball including the Colorado Rockies and the Chicago White Sox, nearby championship golf and much more. We have a minimum rental period of 1 month. No smoking or pets please.

Cancellations and Refunds: A full refund of deposit will be made if cancellation is made with 90 days or more notice from date of arrival. Otherwise, a $300.00 re-rental charge will be withheld.
RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE FULL MONTH; NO SPLIT MONTHS. NO WEEKLY RENTALS.
