Huge balcony with porch swing overlooks the 11th fairway, a stone's throw from the clubhouse - a wonderful, quiet and relaxing place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the natural surroundings of a beautiful, well-kept professional golf course. Second story unit offers beautiful views over the course to Lake Stewart and on to the beautiful Gulf Coast. This unit may be rented by the day, week, or month. Tennis Club: Enjoy personal attention by a professional staff, 8 courts (6 green rubico and 2 clay). Call for rates by week or month, and for tee-times. Lessons also available: 1-850-837-9181, extension 3535. Golf: Step up to the challenge of a Joe Lee par 71, 6100 yard course, designed for shot-making, but plays longer than it looks! Enjoy the beauty of the course, which winds through the lakes, woods and residences of Seascape, allowing you to use every club in your bag. Rent or purchase equipment and clothing at the spacious clubhouse.

Rates are low in comparison to other area courses of this quality. Call the pro shop at 1-800-874-9106 for more information on rates, equipment rental, or reservations. Pools: Relax and enjoy any of the 5 pools, one covered in the winter, and two children's pools, conveniently located on the Seascape property. Shopping/Dining: Enjoy shopping at the golf and tennis pro shops, or at the many shops along the Emerald Coast. Seascape is located a mile west of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, one of the largest designer outlet malls in the nation, and less than 4 miles east of Destin Commons. Seascape enjoys a central location to wonderful restaurants and specialty shops along the Emerald Coast, from Destin to the west, to Sandestin, Watercolor, Seaside, Santa Rosa, and Grayton Beach to the east.
