Big Bear Lake cabin Rental Property Information
Welcome to our cozy cabin in the Village and near Snow Summit ski and mountain bike area. It's walking distance to the village for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The lake is about one mile away where Pine Knot Marina rents all types of boats, jet skis and fishing gear. Adjacent to the marina is a lakeside park for enjoying the views or allowing the toddlers to play. The park also has tennis, softball, and basketball areas. This cabin has Location, Location, Location! Enjoy our large attached sun deck great for BBQing and taking in the mountain fresh air. The patio furniture is stored indoors before you get there ensuring that you have a clean comfortable place to sit amongst the pine trees. You are guaranteed to see an abundance of squirrels playing while you are relaxing on the deck. The cabin has a large living room off the kitchen separated by a long bar with four stools.

Great for enjoying a drink and sharing fishing tales with friends or bragging about the beautiful mountain bike trails. The best feature of this room is the floor to ceiling rock fireplace. Some summer and fall nights can be chilly even though the rest of southern California is scorching. A pool table is included in this great room too. The open floor plan of this cabin is perfect for entertaining a large group of family and friends! The master bedroom is located in the rear of the house and has a King-size bed. There is a shared bathroom off the master and second bedroom. Bedroom number two has a queen bed with dresser and closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser and a closet. Two queen-size sofa beds can sleep four more quests. Plus there's a twin cot that can be used in any room. A large bathroom with shower/tub is located off the main living area. Great for kids! This shower has modern plumbing with a temperature stabilizing shower valve for a nice even shower.
The other bathroom has a new modern shower and large vanity. The washer and dryer are there too. Feel free to use the Full capacity washer and dryer if you need to.
Our cabin has two covered car ports under the deck. Plus plenty of parking in the front driveways, (you could bring a large boat)! The lot size is 7500 sq ft which is bigger than most. Big Bear Lake doesn't allow street parking all year and many vacation rentals only have parking for one or two cars. Don't get a ticket stay here! Rates are well below the market rates set by the many vacation rental agencies. Don't pay extra when you can rent direct from the owner! We offer discounts for longer stays. Linens and towels are included and guaranteed fresh.
Skiing Information: 1.2 miles to snow summit. 3 miles to Bear Mountain
Golf Information: Golf at 7000 feet and watch your ball soar! 5 minutes to the course.
