The Eucalyptus Cottage and Guest House are set in a serene, secluded location between Santa Barbara and Montecito, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Barbara Bird Refuge. Five minutes to the beaches and downtown, the location offers the perfect getaway with rare tranquility, yet is very much in the center of things. With four bedrooms and 3 baths, the cottage and guest house will accommodate up to eight people in luxury. The houses offer every conceivable amenity: stunning views, a fabulous kitchen with the latest commercial appliances, oriental carpets over wood, travertine and limestone floors, several outdoor terraces and patios, wireless high-speed Internet service and a great deal more. The master bedroom, with its cathedral ceiling has sliding doors that look out on a beautiful terrace adjacent to a lovely waterfall that cascades to a beautiful pond. King and Queen size beds throughout, each with the finest imported linens.

The second bedroom has wonderful views of the ocean and a private bath. Through French doors, the bedroom leads to a private patio and beautiful garden. The large living room has wood floors, a beautiful Italian wood-burning fireplace and cable TV with a flat panel display. French doors offer stunning views of the ocean and lead to a patio with a barbeque and teak chairs and table. The guest house is located a few steps from the main cottage and offers two additional bedrooms, each luxuriously appointed. The guest house also has a kitchenette, flat panel TV and two additional private patios. Both houses are nestled on an approximately one half acre lot, offering total seclusion. The lot is extensively landscaped with several species of trees and flowering plants. Overall, the houses and landscaping are truly stunning, even for Santa Barbara. They offer an idyllic setting that will be difficult to leave.
