Nestled in the legendary Hermosa Cliffs, this condominium at the Tamarron Resort offers spectacular views. Amenities include golf, indoor/outdoor pool, spa, Jacuzzis®, restaurant and lounge. Tamarron is less than 10 minutes drive from the world-class Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort ski facilities, has a concierge, 24-hour business center and courtesy shuttle. This rental includes a kitchen and kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and can accommodate between 10-12 people. It has been newly refurbished and boasts spectacular mountain views. Full use of the resort is available to our guests.

The Durango area is at the foot of the majestic San Juan Mountains. The Tamarron Resort offers a unique mountain retreat. Nearby attractions include Mesa Verde National Park (Pueblo Indian ruins), many lakes, world-class mountain biking and skiing, the Animas River (white water rafting and trout fishing), Durango's famous steam engine train, art, live music, many fine dining restaurants, spectacular autumn colors and abundant wildlife. The famous US 550 - one of the most scenic drives in North America - to Silverton and Ouray - is at Tamarron's doorstep.

Payment and Cancellation Policy After booking, by phone or by email, to maintain your reservation, we will require full payment by check or money order, including the cleaning fee, within 7 days or 3 days before your scheduled arrival, whichever is earlier. Checks or money orders should be made payable to 'Blackbourn-Manley Tamarron, LLC.' Cancellations made before 30 days of scheduled arrival will be honored with a full refund. Any payment received prior to a cancellation made within 30 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
Check In and Check Out Your reservation will be made at the resort as an 'Owner Friend' stay. The resort also manages rentals at Tamarron, but your payment has not been made to the resort, but rather directly to the Owner. While at Tamarron, you should be treated with the same service level and respect as an Owner. You should be accorded access to all resort privileges and facilities - Except the golf course, which is private. The rates that we charge directly are generally lower than the rates charged at the resort for a like unit. Check in time at Tamarron is 4:00 pm at the front desk located in the main lodge. Check out time is 11:00 am also in the main lodge. Upon checkout, do NOT pay a cleaning fee, as we will have already collected it from you.
Our Second Home This Tamarron condominium is the second home for two Arizona families that spent several weeks per year in the Durango area. We purchased the unit in 2003 and totally renovated over 12 months with great care. We thank you in advance for treating this home as you would your own. Should there be any apparent maintenance issues upon your arrival, please feel free to phone Cassidy or phone TACO (association maintenance) directly.
Skiing Information: Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort is approximately 9 miles north of the property on Highway 550. The ski resort has excellent locker and changing facilities, restaurants and usually offers family entertainment many months of the year.
Golf Information: Tamarron recently converted its public play golf facilities to private facilities and therefore golf is currently unavailable to guests in our unit.
Other Activities Excellent hiking and sight seeing in the area. Fine dining.
