Lake Cushman cabin Rental Property Information

Built in 2003, private, only cabin on block, views a large greenbelt. HOT TUB - 32 jets, LED lights, & stereo. Horseshoes on site, games for kids and adults. Private Community Park is approx. ¼ mile from cabin that includes boat launch, dock, gazebo, picnic tables, swimming area, and horseshoes. Day use only, requires a vehicle park pass & watercraft launch pass; refer to rental rates for details. Lake levels vary! The Lake is usually high enough to launch a watercraft from Memorial weekend thru Labor Day weekend, but due to a dry spring and large snow pack, levels may be lower than usual. Call Tacoma Power for lake levels. The lake is full at 738 feet.

  • ***$6.00 fee for a 3-day boat/watercraft launch pass will be charged that is non-refundable. Only one will be issued for each three days.***

    Owners will provide only one vehicle park pass. This is to cut down on congestion during peak season.

    Holidays 3 to 4 night min.
    July & August are 7 night stays with Sunday check in/out.

    Add 10.4% tax to rental amount.
    Add a refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $200, and Signed Rental contract.
    Half Payment, deposit, & contract due up front at time of booking. Full payment must be received by owner 1 month prior to check in or risk loosing your reservation.

    Canceling of reservations must be 30 days prior for a full refund. Less than 30 days notice will be subject to loss of full payment unless cabin can be rented during the same time, more restrictions apply.

HOT TUB Cabin & hot tub are situated on double lot viewing greenbelt. Deck railing lights and palm tree can be enjoyed while soaking in the hot tub. There is lots of privacy. We are the only cabin on this street.

PRIVATE COMMUNITY PARK The views of the mountains at the private community park are breath taking. Come visit us and find out for yourself. Note: A $6.00 per day fee will be charge for boat launch.
