Waikiki condo Rental Property Information

This one bedroom, one bath condo at the Hawaiian King has been recently upgraded and features a full kitchen. The condo is just an 8-minute walk from the beach in the heart of old Waikiki. The Hawaiian King is a secure five-story building with an on-site manager at the lobby desk. The condos face a lovely pool and garden area with lounges, barbecue, and patio tables and chairs. This second floor condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has twin beds with a fold-down double bed in the living room. Kitchen amenities include a stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishware. Also included are linens, towels, ironing board and iron. A coin-op laundry room is adjacent to the pool area. The unit also features cable TV, CD and DVD players, and a telephone for unlimited local calls. Long distance calls can be made with a prepaid calling card. The condo and pool area have free WiFi.

If you bring your laptop, there's free WiFi in the pool area; it also works in the unit. You can also use dial-up via the phone connection in the condo. Check with your ISP ahead of time to be sure there is a local access number in Honolulu. On the ground floor there is a small convenience store. Across the street are restaurants and a car rental agency. A bakery, cafe, pharmacy and walk-in medical clinic are just steps away, as is The International Marketplace. The Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park and the world-class shops and restaurants of Kalakaua Avenue are all within easy walking distance. A reservation deposit of $100 will hold the condo for the days you desire. Full payment of the rental fee is due 30 days before your visit. If you should cancel after that, a refund is dependent upon our ability to re-rent the unit.
