It has deeded beach rights to all of the fresh water ponds and lakes in the area.The pond is safe and great for small children.
It is also only a short drive to the ocean beaches.
Located in East Harwich, it is close to all of the fun Cape Cod has to offer. It's close to restaurants, Beaches,attractions and shopping in the towns of Harwich, Chatham and Orleans. It's also just minutes to the outer Cape, Sound, and Bay beaches.
