This is a fantastic family vacation home with fully tiled living area, complemented with tasteful decor and upholstery, gives a tropical feel to your vacation. Step out onto the lanai to relax with a cool drink on the sun loungers or chill out in your own private pool after a hard day at those theme parks. If you yearn for some real exercise you have full access to the large community swimming pool and tennis courts. Your vacation home is located 11 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal and Sea World but in a peaceful local community where you can enjoy your vacation at a more sedate pace. The front garden is grassed and has attractive palms, well watered with lush shrubs under each window, offering additional privacy. There is easily room on the drive to accommodate three cars. This vacation rental home has over 2000 sq feet of living space. This includes a cool, spacious, newly tiled open plan living area.

It is tastefully decorated with patio doors opening onto secluded pool deck. There is cable TV, VCR and HiFi, as well as all new furniture, including a double sofa bed. The large bright dining area offers easy access to the kitchen and seated relaxation area. This area is also tiled throughout and the dining table and chairs are recently upgraded and seats six people comfortably. The kitchen has modern, clean lines, with a range of quality appliances. This kitchen has a breakfast bar and additional seated nook area. Also, tiled throughout, it has easy access to dining area, lounge, a handy utility room containing the washer and a dryer, and to the large two car garage. A large bright carpeted master bedroom, has patio doors and direct access to pool and sundeck. Here, you will also find ample storage space and cable TV. This newly decorated room has a stunning tiled en suite bathroom with walk in shower, extra large oval bath and vanity area.

Large frosted glass windows make this a very light airy room. The second bedroom and bathroom have independent access to the pool area and adjoins the main living area. There is a double bed and cable TV in this tastefully decorated bright room. The adjoining bathroom has a large tiled shower and newly laid tiled floor, making this an ideal area for drying off from a lazy afternoon around the pool. Recently decorated, the third and fourth bedroom are blue and peach and have twin beds in both, making them ideal for children. The rooms have book shelves and lots of storage space, as well as an adjoining bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and sink area so that the children can have some independence. If you have small children the property also has a crib and highchair. Community facilities available on the Greater Groves development include a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court and playing field.

The villa is just a two minute drive from the Winn Dixie supermarket together with other shops, takeaways, chemist and ATM. Just a couple of hundred yards further you will find the new Super WalMart development. All major credit cards are accepted via Paypal. All services, including a 24 hour property management service, are included in the rental price. with the exception of pool heat which is only necessary in the Winter months. We will provide the price upon your application. This really is your home away from home!
