An artist-owner's family vacation retreat, this attractive 3BR/3BA villa offers a beautiful view across Horseshoe Creek and Bohicket River to the picturesque fishing community of Rockville. The tennis courts, Racquet Club, the villas' private swimming pool, and the equestrian center are all a stone's throw away. The Club facilities, golf courses and beaches are a few minutes' drive as are a new village of shops, supermarket, and the Marina. A screened porch serves as a theater for spectacular sunsets most of the year. This ground-floor end unit is a light-filled quiet get-away as well as a convenient base from which to engage in Seabrook's numerous activities. Historic Charleston is just a 40 minute drive.

Beautiful Creek, Marsh And River Views An artist-owner's family vacation retreat, this attractive 3BR/3BA villa offers a beautiful view across Horseshoe Creek and the Bohicket River to the picturesque fishing village of Rockville. A screened porch provides a great spot to view spectacular sunsets. Of added interest are the villa's many original works of art. It is a perfect quiet getaway or a convenient base from which to engage in the island's and area's numerous activities.

Fully Equipped The villa accommodates up to six people. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and the third has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment should you choose to dine in. All linens, towels, etc. are provided as well as a full sized washed and dryer

Activities This villa is one of the few with its own pool. Also available are the pool at the beach club, along with casual dining at the Seaview Restaurant, Half Shell Lounge and the Pelican's Nest pool side grill. You will have access to Seabrook Golf and Tennis facilities and the Equestrian Center. The beach at the Club or North Beach is a short seven minutes drive.
