Abuts Cape Cod National Seashore (conservation area) Eastham, Massachusetts. Pleasant and comfortable large air conditioned Cape ranch has three queen-size beds in two bedrooms sleeping six. It directly abuts the Cape Cod National Seashore (conservation area), three quarters of a mile inland midway between Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of the peninsula. The area has been voted Cape Cod's Best! Guests can visit two National Seashore beaches, four Bay Beaches, and a fresh water facilities, all 5-10 minutes away. 6 Night Minimum Stay. No extra fees for A/C, 2 Adult Raleigh Bicycles, or Courtesy phone calls within the local area. Beach toys, games, beach blanket and chairs also no fee as are flashlights, small cooler, frozen blue ice, and thermos. Six night minimum stay.
