| Notes: | New color laser lit swimming pool on large lower deck overlooking the ocean with great views! The lower deck has comfortable lounge chairs next to pool. There is a large teak table with eight chairs on the lower pool deck. There is also a Mosquito Magnet. This is the best location on St. Thomas with great down island views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands! You can watch the Mega Yachts cruise by on there way in and out of Red Hook. You are a 8-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from three WHITE SAND beaches. You are a 8-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from The Ritz Carlton Hotel. They rent Hobie Cats, Paddle boats and Kayaks and have two WHITE SAND BEACHES at the Ritz. You can also take scuba and snorkeling lessons at the Ritz. They also have fishing trips available. You can also enjoy the Ritz Spa for a fee. They also have the Lady Linsey, a 53 foot cat that does day and sunset sails which is a lot of fun. |

Fun things to do in the Virgin Islands There are a number of Casinos on St. Thomas that are near by. You are a short walk to Blue Beard's WHITE SAND beach at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. All beaches are public. You can rent Hobie Cats and Ocean Kayaks at the Ritz and cruise Great Bay. You are a 5 minute drive from Red Hook and restaurants, stores, bars and the ferry to St. John. There is also American Yacht Harbor at Red Hook where you can rent fishing and cruising boats. St. John has horse back riding at Carolina Corral. Most of St. John is National Park with hiking trails and sugar mill ruins. There are a number of great restaurants on St. John. Mahogany Run golf course on St. Thomas is 20 minutes from the villa. It is a very challenging 18 hole course. Several of the shots are over water. Bring lot's of balls! The Marlin fishing in July and August is the best in the world! if you enjoy Marlin fishing this is the place! Winter fishing includes Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi and King Fish. The scuba diving and sailing is world class
Weddings We have many guests that come to St. Thomas for weddings. Casa Azure is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from Sea Star, our other villa. Casa Azure has a large lower pool deck and yard which is ideal for a wedding. We have lots of parking on our private road at Casa Azure. Both villas are great for weddings! Susie Baker is our wedding coordinator and has done over 300 weddings on St. Thomas. Her email is sbaker53@gmail.com We have had some guests that have rented large catamarans for their wedding at sea or on a remote island white sand beach. The 53 foot catamaran, Lady Linsey at the Ritz Carlton is ideal for weddings. The Ritz is right down the road from Casa Azure.
Family Reunions Casa Azure and our other villa Sea Star are great for family reunions. www.stthomasseastar.com can sleep over 14 people. Sea Star is on the beach next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel and is very near Casa Azure.
