Drive a half hour in either direction: up the coast to Santa Barbara or down the coast to Malibu. Continue another thirty minutes up from Santa Barbara to the Santa Ynez Valley and take a 'Sideways' wine tour or try your luck at the Chumash Casino. Los Angeles and Santa Monica are just one hour away where you can enjoy the Getty Center, Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center, Universal Studios and City Walk, or the Third Street Promenade.

Tastefully-decorated, the luxury two-level condo is in a gated community with greenbelt views and beautifully-landscaped grounds. This property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your enjoyment! Elegant slate and wood flooring appoint the first level, which includes a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Each level has a furnished private patio that overlooks a green belt. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit. There are TV’s and DVD players in the living room and one bedroom. The condominiums have an indoor shared pool and spa. This gated beachfront community is off the beaten path, but conveniently located with excellent accommodations directly across the street from a 50-acre shoreline park. The community is located one hour from both the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Burbank Airport (BUR), and half an hour from Santa Barbara Airport (SBA).

There are endless possibilities of what to do while you stay here. Popular water sports include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, parasailing, surfing, swimming, water skiing, and windsurfing. Nature lovers can hike the Channel Islands National Park and the Santa Monica Mountains, go horseback riding, or visit botanical gardens in the area.
