Alta Woods is a lovely chalet-style home located on the northern slope of Cowee Mountain and offers comfort, privacy, tranquility, and a sense of being one with its natural surroundings. With ample decking and a two-story wall of windows in the great room, the outdoors seem to come inside. Seasonal views are delightful, as well as partial views when the trees are in leaf. Our mountain is lush with rhododendrons, mountain laurels and flaming azaleas.! Amenities include a dry stack stone fireplace, wrap-around decking and covered porch with comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, two satellite TVs, DVD player, hot tub for four, full private bath in each bedroom, and a delightful wooded garden. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated and add to the uniqueness of Alta Woods, making it a choice vacation retreat for a couple or a family.
