Ka'a'awa is located on Windward Oahu between Kailua and Kahuku Point where our Turtle Bay resort condo rentals are located. The location gives guests that 'country' feeling yet rests a brief 30 minute drive away from bustling Honolulu and 30 minutes the other direction to Oahu's North Shore.

  • This is a unique property is better explained on the phone than a web site and we are happy to discuss the layout with all requests! When dates are open we will consider smaller groups for deals and sometimes 5 nights. There is a Main house with a deluxe master bedroom and bath and this Main house also has a rear bedroom suite with queen bed, sleeper sofa and private bathroom. The main house could have been a 4 bedroom home with all of it's footage, gourmet kitchen, large dining room and enormous covered lanais with ocean views. There is a central home with its own kitchenette and bath, King Bed and poolside location with more covered lanai areas and ocean views. There is a large Carriage House with a 2nd floor double suite with King bed at one end and 2 twins at the other with full bath between. The lower level of the Carriage House offers 3 poolside bedrooms, a garden side suite with queen bed and full bath and a large recreation room with several sleeper sofas.

The pool & Jacuzzi were recently re-tiled. The new manager can provide airport arrival greetings and transportation as well as island tours and van transport for guests. Activities can be booked with the new manager after bookings are made. Guests can arrange for the cleaners to come by during their stay for added fees, as the cleaning fee is for a one time out cleaning. Guests are expected to cater their events for groups exceeding the sleeping limit on the day of their reunion or wedding event. Bedding and furniture can be arranged by guests as long as it is put back in the original position before they depart. We are happy to supply the contact of content past renters.
