Beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom ranch located in the magical waterfront community of 'Great Harbors' with it's private Beach Club, new swimming pool facility, new lighted tennis courts, children's play area, volleyball net and baseball field all with a view of the bay. Use our mooring with the deep water access (bring your boat). Drive your boat under the bridge and Martha's Vineyard is right in front of you. There is direct access to Great Harbor for kayaking and canoeing too. The association pools, tennis courts, club house, playground, ball field and bay are just a short walk down the street from your front door. The vacation home is close to all ferries, restaurants, golf, bike paths, charter boats, supermarkets, town center & 'Mashpee Commons'. Access the large deck with new gas grill directly from the slider in the living room or from the slider in the sunny cozy porch. There is a study area in the master bedroom with a high speed Internet connection.

Things to do: swimming, boating, tennis, hiking, fishing, antiquing, whale watching, restaurants, golf, berry picking, museums, aquarium, concerts, galleries, kite flying, ferry to Martha's Vineyard, Cape baseball league, shopping in area; day trips to Boston, Providence, Plymouth Plantation & other parts of Cape. Barnstable County Fare (located in Falmouth) July 22 thru 30, Falmouth Road Race August 18.
