This beautiful luxurious remodeled single story three bedroom, two bath Southern California villa is close to Disneyland, best beaches, and golf courses! You will be very centrally located yet situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood at then end of a private street. The house is perfect for family vacations, business travelers, or friends couples. This fully furnished home is nicely decorated and very clean. The comfortable living area features cable TV, surround-sound DVD, and CD/stereo with 2 fireplaces in the living room and kitchen/dining area. The master bathroom has a small travertine shower, single sink basin, and garden access. The main bathroom has a tub/shower and single sink. All of the bedrooms are nicely appointed with their own air conditioning/heating vents, and TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds with pillow-top mattresses, brand new comforters/linens, ceiling fans, and full closets/dresser

Wine tasting, winery touring, and hot air balloon rides over the Temecula Wine Country are a 45-60 minute drive. As an Orange County native and this being our family home, it will be a pleasure to share it with your family. We are available to help you enjoy your stay prior to and during your visit. House has 4 beds, 2 rooms have queen beds and other bedroom has 2 double/full beds. The lovely backyard garden offers a tranquil Spanish fountain, large grass lawn, and citrus trees. Walk down a stone path to a screened-in covered gazebo with two relaxing lounge chairs. Spa garden with private jacuzzi, and lots of California fruit trees (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, fig, persimmon). The outdoor living room covered patio has sky lights a BBQ/grill, and a dining area. You will want to spend lots of time outside between the sunny days and warm summer nights. This yard is a real treat! The lgourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all dishes, cookware, and utensils. The washer/dryer is enclosed off the kitchen area for convenient indoor access. The driveway is large with plenty of parking space.
You're tucked away in a nice house yet a stones throw away from all the great places to go enjoy! Welcome to Orange County! It's 20 minutes to the best beaches (Newport Beach, Newport Dunes, Balboa Beach, Balboa Island, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, Corona Del Mar) for sunbathing, swimming, surfing, body boarding, diving, and boating. Boat rentals are available in Newport Harbor, kids love to swim in Newport Dunes, or rent kayaks in the Newport Back Bay, a bird sanctuary. Shoppers will enjoy fine boutiques at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island, Newport Beach's upscale outdoor mall. It's just 15 minutes to South Coast Plaza (the #1 mall in Orange County), Fine Dining, South Coast Repertoire and Performing Arts Center. It's a 20 minute drive to the entertainment hub at the Irvine Spectrum.
The house is just 6 miles by car without freeways to Disneyland Resort (you can hear the fireworks at night!), Disney's California Adventure Park, and Downtown Disney, making it the perfect Disneyland Vacation Rental. Disneyland is the 'Happiest Place on Earth' with fantastic new daily attractions, shows and parades. Nearby, Downtown Disney is an outdoor entertainment mecca with lots of restaurants, shops, & the monorail ride to Disneyland. The Block at Orange has restaurants, bars, family arcades, bowling alley, Van's skateboard park, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Burke Williams Day Spa, AMC 30 theaters, and lots of shops and entertainment. The Arrowhead Pond hosts big name events weekly with famous bands live in concert. Disney on Ice is fun. Angel's Baseball Stadium is close to the house too. Old Town Orange is a small town center with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, antique shops...quiet charming and worth a visit!
