| Notes: | We added a 22 foot deck that wraps around the property from left to right with full panoramic ocean views with two separate entries to the lanai. You can enjoy the Hawaiian sunsets as well as BBQ on the lanai with full view of the cruise ships in the Harbor's on the weekdays. There is also new patio furniture to relax and unwind on after a long day of sightseeing. If you like to suntan this is made easy for you with the sun chair's ready. You can also grill some Ahi or Mahi Mahi on the deck while you watch the sunset and the cruise ships in the harbor. You can also view the ocean while doing dishes in the kitchen or taking a shower in the first bathroom. You can also fall asleep at night watching the Hawaiian stars on a clear night through the skylight with the 8 foot by 8 foot piece of glass. You can also listen to some relaxing Hawaiian music on the stereo or surf the web with WiFi on the deck as the sun sets on the horizon. |

The home also features twelve foot French doors spanning two sides of the living area which open to a two sided 35 foot long lanai with thick railings, beautiful glass eating table and chairs, cut glass coffee table, and very comfortable couch overlooking a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The incredible view is of Keauhou Bay from one side, and the Kona Bay on the other side. Also on the lanai is a large new propane BBQ for that perfectly barbecued fillet mignon, ahi or chicken. The home has one large bedroom with includes a sitting area with couch. There is also a king bed, new bedding, windows, TV, portable telephone, new Spanish tile floor, mirrored closet, private entrance with attached master bath. The beautifully custom designed mauve master bath has a drop down two person Jacuzzi® tub surrounded by candles which overlooks the Pacific ocean.
It is complemented by two separate showers on opposing walls which are separated from the main bath area by a six foot tall eight by eight inch glass block wall. The master bath also features a large carpeted walk-in closet, TV, large armoire for storage, mirrored walls, marble sink counter with panoramic facial mirrors, ceiling fan, custom lighting, tile floors, and marble molding. The second beautifully designed bath features ebony shower tub and matching toilet with the shower/bath overlooking the ocean. The sink counter is marble with plenty of mirrors and the floors are tile with marble molding. There are high ceilings with track lighting which can be dimmed for comfort. Both baths are stocked with towels, and all accessories. There is also a large upstairs loft with a queen bed, new bedding, windows, mirrored sitting area and a marble desk.
The room's best feature is the eight by eight foot skylight glass ceiling directly over the bed, so you can fall asleep looking at the stars, and wake up looking at the morning sky. The home has a very large gorgeous kitchen with full tile counters and floor. The room also includes dual sinks, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, portable telephones, coffee maker, coffee grinder, full stove and oven with giant stainless steel venting, large refrigerator, toaster, TV, and ocean view. For your cooking pleasure there are all new pots and pans, spices, glasses, dishes, cookbooks, and everything down to the wine glasses and cloth napkins. It also features a very comfortable large breakfast counter with leather chairs. This beautiful home has a garage with a washer and dryer, and sensor lighting at the garage door. The driveway and walkways are solar lighted for safe guidance. This is a gorgeous home where you walk in, sigh with that relaxed feeling of relief and smile at the ambiance
Golf Information: You will appreciate the way that everything flows together with that feeling of comfort and being at home. After a fabulous day in Kona, toast the end of another day in paradise to the most beautiful panoramic sunset in the Pacific. You can then fall asleep gazing at the stars through the skyroof, wake up to a Kona sunrise sky, and another day of fabulous vacation on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kona.
