Miramar Beach house Rental Property Information
Bermuda Beach Cottage, located at sandy white Miramar Beach, is a three story cottage with four bedrooms and three baths that sleeps twelve. The first floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds, perfect for older couples who prefer to be on one level, or for lots of kids. The bedroom is next to the kitchen, dining and main living area. The second floor has the master king suite with two closets, sunken tub, shower and two sink bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and a separate full bath also on the second floor. There is a queen sleeper sofa located on the third floor sleeping loft, which also has panoramic views of the neighborhood and beach. Our cottage is located just east of Destin, across from the 150 store Silver Sands Outlet Mall, nestled on a private street on the beachside of Highway 98. There are no roads to cross and the beach is a 4 minute walk to the private brick-paved path to private Miramar Beach. The community pool is 3 houses away.

Bermuda cottage is in the perfect location. Tucked away within a private community of only 29 homes, you feel like you are far away from commercial activity, however, you are actually walking distance to grocery shopping, and the 150 large outlet mall, Silver Sands Outlet Center. The location is halfway between Destin and San Destin, and about 20 minutes from the quaint Seaside village as well. You are as far away as you want or as close. Downtown Destin is about 10 minutes by car.

There is a heated community pool four houses away, private garage parking for three cars, gas barbecue grill, outside shower, and all the amenities for a fabulous family vacation that will create wonderful memories. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance from the cottage. There are movie theaters, gaming parlors, miniature golf, game parks, water sports and all other beach activities minutes away. Destin is the perfect site for a wonderful family vacation and Bermuda Cottage is perfect for one to three families. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood with immediate access to all the activities you'll want to pursue while on vacation.
How Far Is The Beach and pool? The beach is 9 houses from Bermuda Cottage - It is 6 houses to the beach path, and three houses until the walkover steps. It takes about 4 minutes to reach the beach from Bermuda Cottage. The pool is three houses away and it takes about 3 minutes to reach the pool.
Can I see the beach? No, there is no view of the beach from Bermuda Cottage. There is a wonderful view of the community from the third floor loft and you may see bits of sand and water, but that is about it.
