Ocean House at Punta Del Mar, Rincon PR This is a beautiful gated community on the north side of Rincon. Besides the great ocean right out your door, enjoy the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court! Just minutes away from Puntas, where there are lots of restaurants and bars, but far enough that when you come home, it will be peaceful and quiet! This is a surfing area in the winter, but there is a great tide pool area that families with small children love. In the summer, there is no surf, just beautiful ocean views!

EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
