Rental Rates for the townhome in Puerto Rico



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1855.00/week. $265/ nt. 5-7 nt min. 7 nts for holidays. 7 nts or more, no cleaning fee!
  • 2007-01-01-2008-12-31: $1855.00/Weekly (8 Guests).
    Stays of less than 7 nights pay $80 cleaning fee.
    Comment: Rates subject to change without notice.

    Reservation Rules:

    A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation. Must be 25 or older to reserve. Not suitable for unaccompanied students.
