This beautiful, amenity-rich 1 bedroom condo is located at Sea Trail Resort in Sunset Beach, NC. It's just one mile (five minutes) from the beach, which is accessible by a quaint swing bridge (one of the few remaining in the country!). This condo overlooks one of the resort's three signature golf courses. Sea Trail and Sunset Beach are serene; but if you want nightlife, history, and shopping, they're all very near (about 12 miles away in Myrtle Beach, SC, and 50 miles away Wilmington, NC). This condo has all of the amenities of home -- and more. It offers approximately 900-1,100 square feet of living space and includes a bedroom with a king bed, kitchen, washer & dryer, living area, screened porch and large bathroom. Linens are furnished. The condo is stocked with kitchen supplies including spices, trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent.

Sunset Beach is 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach and 15 minutes from North Myrtle Beach, SC. Wilmington, NC is 50 miles to the north and Charleston, SC 3 hours south. Savannah, GA is 6 hours south. We are not located on the Outer Banks yet we have the natural beauty and serenity of the Outer Banks with much more to do and more ways to get there. You won't experience the gridlock and local accessibility here that you do on the Outer Banks. The mainland community is equally beautiful and unspoiled. The pace is slow, but there's plenty to do. Shopping outlets, dozens of restaurants, and live-entertainment theaters (including The Alabama and Palace Theaters) are just minutes away on the Grand Strand. You can get to Sunset Beach via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40.

Sunset Beach (one of the South Brunswick Islands) is a tiny three-mile-long sliver of pristine, unspoiled beach (the southernmost beach in NC). The southern end of the beach was recently bought by the state, and is a refuge called 'Bird Island'. There are even wild goats here! The mainland community is equally beautiful and unspoiled. The pace is slow, but there's plenty to do. Shopping outlets, dozens of restaurants, and live-entertainment theaters (including The Alabama and Palace Theaters) are just minutes away on the Grand Strand. You can get to Sunset Beach via Interstate 95, Highway 17, and Interstate 40.

Guest Book We have enjoyed our month's stay here. 'The natives' tell us that this was the coldest February even but we found it to be a very pleasant change from our Canadian winters. There is so much to see and do--we hope to return next year for even longer. Thanks.
