Further Details for the house in Downeast and Acadia, Maine, USA

The main floor of the house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, a front porch, side porch, carport, and a deck. On the second floor there are three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and a very small room with a single bed), a bathroom, and a laundry room. Next to the deck there is a second living room that has a sleeping loft (with single and double beds), a futon-bed/couch, and another bathroom. Everything is in very good condition and we are constantly making improvements....the latest were oak floors in the kitchen and dining room and granite counters in the kitchen. Please note that we only rent by the week (Sunday to Sunday) from May through October. In the winter we may be available for longer rentals ( two weeks or more). Please check the availability calendar before emailing. At your request, we will gladly donate 10% of your rental to the Quoddy Regional Land Trust to support their conservation efforts in the region.
