Lake Berkley Resort is a 24-hour security guard-gated community in a premier residential location, surrounded by wooded acres. This luxury townhouse is in a Mediterranean-style village setting that's peaceful and visually pleasing. The interior is spacious, comfortable, and private - and features classic Florida decor and carpeting/ceramic tile throughout. The ground floor master suite is ideal for Grandma and Granddad -- or best friends. With its separate entrance, in-suite bath, king-size bed, COMPAC computer& desk, Lazyboy recliner, TV, and mini-kitchen (with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffeemaker), it is their own private place. The upstairs master suite has a queen-size bed, a TV, in-suite bath, and shuttered window overlooking the great room. Patio doors in this master suite lead onto a balcony with a courtyard view of the clubhouse, heated community pool, and jacuzzi. In addition to the kitchen, counter bar, dining room, and living room with cathedral ceiling, the the main living level has a washer/dryer area and a half-bath. Lake Berkley Resort has a 2,000 square-foot clubhouse featuring a fitness center, game room, party area, Internet computer, and a large community swimming pool with jacuzzi spa. Other amenities include tennis courts, volleyball courts, children's play area, outdoor grills, picnic area, nature trails, paths (for jogging, biking, and hiking), and a sand beach and fishing pier on a private 14-acre lake. Lake Berkley Resort is seven miles from the Disney World East Gate. And it is within walking distance of Medieval Times Dinner Theater and a Super Wal-Mart. MGM, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet-N-Wild, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens, Discovery Cove, and many other attractions are minutes away. Some of the finest golf courses are nearby. The Kissimmee Golf Club is just five minutes away.
The Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic beaches are 45 minutes away by car. Gulf beaches are 60 minutes away. Major cruise lines, including Disney, depart from Port Canaveral less than an hour away.
Your reservation for the Lake Berkley Resort Luxury Townhouse will be confirmed with the receipt of a $100 deposit. There is a full refund on cancellations if made within 5 business days of the arrival date. Thereafter, you would be responsible only for the deposit. Final payment can be made prior to or upon arrival in cash, check or credit card with my property management company, CONDOTELS. You can also reduce the price 3% if payments are made by check or money order before arrival direct to the owner, JOE WELLS. The lockbox combination for the key would be e-mailed to you. You then could go directly to the villa without checking in at CONDOTELS.
