This beautiful four-bedroom/two-bath home is situated on Lake Weir, and features a private beach and spectacular sunsets. And it comes equipped with all amenities to make you feel 'at home'. This recently fully-remodeled home has all-new stainless steel appliances, tile and wood floors, and a new roof. It has been refurnished and redecorated with great comfy couches and over sized chairs that turn into sleepers. The house easily sleeps 9 people or maybe more. The great room looks out over Lake Weir, and has glass doors opening across the entire back of the house. The spacious game room has a new pool table to entertain for hours. And it has a full wet bar for making all those great summertime drinks. The house is situated on a quaint road that's inviting for nice evening walks. And you cab take one of our bikes for an evening bike ride. Enjoy preparing dinner at home. Or take your boat over to Gator Joe's, a great local hang-out with a tasty menu -- and yes, they serve alligator.

Additional amenities include a brand new, 52-inch color television with satellite, three other televisions with a separate satellite hook-up, a karaoke machine, a fireplace, an office with a computer and free use of the internet, and all-new beds and mattresses throughout the house. The master bedroom has a new king-size mattress and an additional pillow-top cover. Outdoors there is a private beach and a long wooden dock and slide.
