Phoenix condo Rental Property Information

There is lots of room in this 1350 SF, two level floor plan that includes 2 bedroom, 2 bath, loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. Condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3-story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the surrounding community and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Can sleep up to 6 comfortably with either a king or two XL twins per bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the loft. Free high-speed wireless Internet access available throughout the condo. The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix 10 miles N of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts. Ten golf courses are within 7 miles.
