Our Kaibo Kai condonimium is a beautiful, brand new, two-bedroom/two-bath, direct oceanfront  condo -- located in the Kaibo Kai Complex, in the pristine Rum Point community  on Grand Cayman. Kaibo Kai is perfectly located on the ground floor. It's a private corner unit with  direct access to the beautiful sandy beaches at Kaibo. And it's just a few steps over to the Kaibo Yacht Club, Kaibo Beach Bar, and Cecil's 5-star dining restaurant. You'll quickly slip into a "no worries mon" mindset upon your  arrival at Kaibo Kai. The condo is fully equipped and meticulous clean. It has a king-size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom and a king-size bed in the second guest bedroom. With its inflatable mattress, Kaibo Kai can sleep up to six guests. The condo has ceiling fans throughout, central air-conditioning, and sliding doors from the master bedroom and living area out to the screened, oceanfront lanai. The kitchen has a bar with barstools integrated in the layout.

Kitchen amenities include a blender, coffeemaker, dishwasher, ice maker, microwave, stove, and a toaster. The entertainment center features a large-screen TV with cable, a DVD, and a CD player. The freshwater pool and jacuzzi are steps away. Redsail Sports is just around the corner, and has a fully-equipped dive and watersports  operation with snorkel and dive trips to Stingray City and the Cayman North  wall -- just a ten-minute boat ride away. They also have jetskis, sailfish  boats, paddleboats, volleyball, and a ferry service that departs from Rum Point to the Hyatt Hotel on 7-Mile Beach five times daily. Additional condo amenities include a washer, dryer, barbecue grill, and  beach towels. Internet access is available at The Thirsty Surfer Internet Cafe, just 15 minutes from the condo. The airport and Georgetown are 45 minutes away.

We can arrange for your car rental while on the island -- which includes airport pick-up and transfer to the condo (where your car will be waiting) plus airport return when you depart. The Kaibo and Rum Point area is clearly recognized as one of the most tranquil and beautiful spots on Grand Cayman. We offer weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly vacation rentals.
