  • Bedrooms #1 & #2 look directly out onto the bay. Bedroom 2 has a private balcony to enjoy early morning coffee. Bedroom #3 is perfect for children or adults. Bedrooms #1, #2, and #3 are located on the downstairs level that accesses a private yard and private gate. There is a large Family room that also converts to accommodate up to five guests for sleeping. On the main level of the house there is one bedroom with a double bed that sleeps two. There is also an additional Family room on the main level as well as a formal living room, dining room, with a custom table that seats twelve, kitchen, laundry room, and two balconies overlooking the bay.

The internet access is high-speed cable access as well as wireless. There are many children & adult board games & books available. There are numerous movies (on video) for our guests to use. We provide beach chairs for adults and small children, umbrellas, horse shoes, volleyball, beach games for adults & children, a large toy box of sand & water toys for children, beach towels, six bicycles, and an outside shower to rinse off before entering the house. There is a book with map quests to all the local attractions in San Diego as well as all the local grocery stores and Costco. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare meals whether they would be a picnic or a formal dinner party. Local referrals are available on request for chefs, caterers, or maid service.
