Estate House The 'Estate House', the Main house of the property is about 5500 SQ. feet in size and on 1 floor. The house sits on top of a hill overlooking the valley, down to the entrance pillars, and the sea. There is about 5000 ft. of patio/decking that surrounds the house and overlooks the ocean. All the rooms are quite large including a 1400 sq ft. entrance and living room area with a piano, fireplace, and a 61 inch TV with CD, DVD, VCR and surround sound theatre. There are 2 large fireplaces, and a very large dining area with a pool table. The master suite sits separately from the other bedrooms, making it very private. The over 600 Sq. Ft., 45 Ft. long master suite has a sitting area, (with a queen size sofa bed) a raised king size bed, and a 32 inch TV. There is a pillow-top spa for 2 that overlooks the estate, right down to the sea. A 500 Sq. Ft. game/living room has a computer, TV, Nintendo, ping pong table, basketball arcade style game, and a foosball table.The house can sleep 12 and more

There are natural parks that are perfect for hiking, biking and jogging. Some points of interest on Gabriola include, Malaspina Galleries, Sands Provincal Park, Berry Point Lookout, Millstone Quarry, Brickyard Beach, Drumbeg Park, Petroglyphs, Sandwell Park and many other beautiful spots. Gabriola is a completely self contained island. For your convenience there is a full service supermarket, seafood market, liquor store, video rentals, restaurants, beauty parlor, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, sailing, message therapy, apothecary, 1 service station and 2 gas stations. There are also artisan & gift shops, art galleries and a museum to explore.
