Amenities include central air-conditioning, a new kitchen, a washer/dryer, phone, two cable TVs, a DVD, CD, and a stereo. Enjoy great beach access, and fantastic views from 20 feet of glass doors. The large screened porch is great for dining, reading, a mid-day nap, or just enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. This premier location is in the quiet, exclusive Cayman Kai neighborhood at Rum Point. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, morning walks on the beach, snorkeling and swimming right outside the condo.

There are lots of beach chairs to relax in the sun. Enjoy playing tennis and relaxing in the beautiful swimming pool. You can walk next door to enjoy fine evening dining at the Hyatt restaurant. Or you can have lunches and drinks at the famous Rum Point beach restaurant. Another great place for fine dining is at Cecil's Restaurant at the Kaibo Yacht Club -- just down the road. Diving, Stingray City trips, snorkeling trips, and all water sports are right next door at Red Sail Sports. You can also take the ferry to Seven Mile Beach.
