Spend the day at the beach -- on the ocean or bay, or kayaking on one of many lakes. Spend the night cooking steaks and lobsters, and relaxing at home watching a DVD or movies on a home theater system with access to more than 20 satellite movie channels or playing pool or pinball or Foosball in the game room. Or perhaps sitting around the campfire toasting marshmallows and making smores, or soaking in the large hot tub built into the 1300 sq foot back deck. This large, six-bedroom/four-bath house features 4,000+ square feet of living space, and sits on 1.5 acres of wooded land. It's perfect for large family vacations or a group of friends. The house and yard are surrounded by trees and very private. And there is a campfire pit in the yard. The home can sleep up to 16+ in six bedrooms, a loft, and four sleeper sofas. The living room has a 31-inch digital monitor TV with a home theater system. Dining tables seat 12 or more inside and patio tables and chairs that seat 12 outside.

The game room has an eight-foot pool table, pinball, Foosball and more. The home offers 2 laundry rooms and 2 kitchens allowing for large meals to be prepared. There is 435 square-feet of deck off the living room that overlooks the front yard and then wraps around the side yard into a private back yard with 1,300 square feet of deck space that has a built in 6-person hot tub. Two kayaks are available for guests' use; and a residents beach/lake pass is provided, allowing free access to the local beaches and use of the town/residents-only lake beaches which are never crowded, very clean with warmer water. Three bicycles are also available. The home is located three miles from Sandy Neck Beach and close to numerous lakes. There is a wonderful Frisbee disc golf course that is free of charge; and Frisbee discs are provided. Internet access is provided free of charge. All local and national long-distance phone calls are also provided free of charge.
