Relax in comfort at our ranch-style three-bedroom/2 full bath, c/air-conditioned home near the beach. Lounge at the beach all day or (pass included w/rental)--.ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard just a ten-minute ride away, downtown Hyannis is a 5 minute ride; take a stroll to a nearby seaside beach.-when you book w/us we will share with you some local secret spots if you don't want to be with the crowds. Outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The kitchen offers a new stove, dishwasher, and counter top. There is one queen-size bed, two twins, a bunk, and a sleep sofa. Newer trex deck overlooking a private flat yard--newer grill for cookouts. picnic tables. Two sitting areas to spread out in, liv.rm w/tv offers seating for 5 or 6 and another area w/couch and oversized chair to read, play checkers/ listen to the stereo. We have an x-box, high speed internet, washer & dryer. Quiet side street tucked away but close to everything. See you in 2008!

Dolphin Lane is centrally located near beaches, down town area, playgrounds, the cape cod central railroad train, (they have a family supper train) lots of fun, You can play mini golf at Pirate Adventures, and many other facilities, or hit the green at the Hyannis Golf Club, too. If you like a whale watch, You can go locally or go to Provincetown for the day and include that in your day trip...Or take a ferry to the Vineyard, or Nantucket for the day...Or sit back on the deck listen to the music, and have a lobster fest at the house. Kayaking is fun, too..or just let the kids Jump their hearts out on the Jump on Us Trampolines, Fine Restaurants such as the Paddock are sumptuous before taking in a show at the Melody tent...plan ahead. We have videos that we keep at the home. We also have an x-box, so bring your games and controllers if you would like. We keep some toys in one of the bedroom closets, and have board games such as checkers and cards too. There is a stereo in the dining/family room area w/a cd player and cassette etc. We also keep beech chairs and other beech stuff in the garage that you are welcome to use while you are vacationing. The grocery store and other necessity shops are just up the street, very handy.

Spanky's, Baxters, Black Cat or, you can book a show now for the Cape Cod Melody Tent, again just a 5 minute ride. Your summer vacation is just a 'click' away at this delightful 'home away from home. Or stay at home, enjoy the deck and yard, we have a fire pit you can use if you like too if the nights are cool.
