Great Beach Location! Twin Lakes beach 'just a short walk down the street' Watch the activity of the Santa Cruz Harbor from the deck. Rent boats, kayaks, surfboards - reserve a 'ride' on the Chardonnay sailboat. Walk a few minutes to the Pacific Ocean and fabulous restaurants, Walk 20 minutes to the famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Drive 45 minutes to Monterrey Aquarium or 30 min to Giant Redwoods. This first-floor condo offers tile floors, and is great for seniors and children. The living room, dining room, and kitchen have a view. The master suite is separate and private. Spotless clean! Laundry facilities are available in the carport below. Storage is available for bikes and surfboards. TV has VCR & DVD & Internet connection. Weekly rentals preferred. Two night minimum. No singles groups.
