Brewster cottage Rental Property Information
The first week of July is the only prime summer week available at this three-bedroom/one-bath cottage on Cape Cod Bay. Wait'll you see the fireworks display in your front yard! It is the perfect vacation solution for a family with young children. A beautiful sandy, perfect for swimming, private beach is literally at your doorstep. The beach is shared by only 13 cottages, so it's never crowded. At low tide, enjoy walking straight out for one to two miles, and exploring the tidal pools on the famous Brewster Flats. There's no packing for the beach each day -- you live on it! So the little one can nap in the cottage while older siblings continue to romp on the beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the water and sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay from the covered porch. The large, covered porch allows you to get out of the sun at times, while never losing that stunning view! Bike trails, restaurants, a bookstore, bakery, ice cream, and more are all within walking distance. No smoking, no pets
