| Notes: | We are the owners and plan to retire at this condo. We keep it very clean and neat. We update it regularly and update it with high quality fixtures. Please do not smoke or bring pets to the unit as the owner is very allergic and will know immediately if you disregard the rules. A laundry room for cleaning clothes is located within the building on the ground floor. Two gas grills are available to all residents and are located near the pool area. |

We do not use a property management company because they do not meet our high standards for cleaning, maintenance and stocking of items in the condo. We rent to responsible families who will take care of the condo. If you like the ocean and beach and are looking for a clean and well maintained condo, please call us.
