Beach towels, beach blankets, beach cart, beach chairs and beach umbrella are provided. The direct oceanfront porch (off the living room and master bedroom) has 2 chaise loungers, a table and 3 chairs and mini fridge for drinks. There are 2 boogie boards, beach toys, umbrella stroller, 2 high chairs, port crib and crib, paper products upon arrival, full sized laundry room, play station and games, premium cable TV, in living room - DVD/VCR and stereo, in master bedroom - DVD/VCR in second bedroom DVD/VCR - there are plenty of video tapes, DVDs, books, games for adults and children. Kitchen is fully equipped. New appliances and a full size micro-wave oven. Location of condominium is considered mid-town so access into and out of OC is easy from rt 90- Easy access to beach from unit. The dune walk way is next to condominium. Owner personally cleans and prepares unit for guests. Unit is rented weekly from Sat to Sat with check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am.

We have stayed at Bed & Breakfasts, and have always loved the 'home away from home' feeling they afford. It is our sincere hope that we are able to provide that same feeling to you. Special touches include fresh linens and towels for the beds and bath, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart, and boogie boards for guests' use. For that possible rainy day, there are plenty of board games, a Play Station, and movies. And if you love to cook, the fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for those wishing to try their hand at becoming the next Chef Emeril. This two-bedroom/two-bath condo is situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean City, Maryland -- in a ten-story building with a two-story penthouse. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a recycling area, and a handicapped ramp to the first main level. Guests will have the use of two reserved parking spots, and there is off-street public parking nearby.

Our home has a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a direct ocean view, a master bedroom with a direct ocean view, a generous-size second bedroom, two full baths, and a completely furnished oceanfront porch off the living room and master bedroom. The unit was recently refurbished in 2002 and has yearly upgrades. It features new tile floors and carpeting, new counter tops and cabinet fronts in the kitchen, and new bathroom sinks and fixtures. The unit is fully air-conditioned. And there are three ceiling fans, which are great if you like to keep the windows open to hear the crash of the ocean waves. The unit is located on the first floor, and features a tremendous view of the beach and the foam of the waves. It has quick access to the beach, and is located centrally in Ocean City. There are both formal and casual restaurants nearby as well as tennis, putt-putt golf, and nightclubs.
