Guest Bedroom: the guest bedroom has a king size bed and a double dresser with a double closet , a clock radio and a ceiling fan. Convertible Studio/Bedroom: the 3rd guest bedroom is adjacent to the living room on the first floor. It can be closed off by sliding shojji ''pocket'' screens for privacy. It has two standard twin size beds that can be configured as studio sofas, or parallel twin beds. It has one dresser, a single closet and a ceiling fan. This room also has a small desk with a printer/fax and wireless Internet.

NOTE: the clothes washer and dryer are new Whirlpool stackables located on the second floor. There is a mini bar located off of the living room with a half size refrigerator and a bar sink. There is private, off-street parking for two cars, one under a carport and one in an open space. There are ceiling fans in all rooms of the house and there are also two large exhaust fans in the gable that are set on thermostats to draw air through the house when the temperatures exceed 80 degrees.
