The house sits on a slight peninsula providing water frontage on two sides of the house, and water views on three sides. This well-maintained home offers a private beach, multiple decks, a large dock, a garage, plenty of private parking, carpeting and hardwood floors, and huge picture windows. Amenities include telephone service, DirecTV satellite, and so much more.
The jewel of the house is a huge, 34-foot-long glass room next to the water with amazing views. The home has all appliances, including a full-size refrigerator/ice maker, a stove/oven, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. The master bedroom has an air-conditioner. And the house is fully furnished with 'house grade' furniture.
Green Lake is a clean, deep-water lake with a maximum depth of 180 feet. Its fish include lake trout (togue), salmon, and small mouth bass.
