Take a swing on the hammock. Or take a short ride into Hyannis center, and take a leisurely stroll down Main Street for a nice lunch at one of the many fine area restaurants. Interested in lounging/playing at the beach? Famous Craigsville Beach is approximately one mile away. The four-bedroom/1.5-bath home's unique features include a wonderful three-season porch to enjoy relaxing summer nights, and a good-size deck which is perfect for outdoor dining. The home has newly refinished hardwoods and newer ceramic tile throughout. It was recently renovated, including central air conditioning, a newer kitchen and fresh paint throughout. Outdoor heated shower and new baths within the past year. Come enjoy a 'home away from home'!

First floor bedrooms-one has two twin beds, the other has one queen bed.) Situated on a quiet, dead-end street, the house is in an area that is great for bike riding and rollerblading! Tucked away in a neighborhood located right off of Craigsville Beach Road. Great location for families with children! This property is located close to many great attractions. It's just minutes from Hyannis Center, restaurants, nightclubs, Cape Cod Melody Tent, Cape Cod Mall, the JFK museum, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, fishing, beaches, and playgrounds.
